Your impact

As Influencer & Social Media Intern at 7Mind in Genoa, you're at the heart of one of 7Mind's most exciting European growth markets. You'll work closely with Maria Vittoria and the group's Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams. Your work directly shapes how 7Mind breaks through in Italy — helping millions of people discover mindfulness as part of their everyday lives.

What you'll drive

• You scout and select influencer profiles that fit 7Mind's tone and audience on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• You manage influencer collaborations end to end: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, briefing and content review before it goes live
• You create and edit compelling content, turning ideas into scroll-stopping posts and videos for 7Mind's social channels, as well as video ads and partnership ads for paid campaigns
• You support the Social Media Manager in day-to-day operations, keeping execution smooth and consistent across channels
• You track performance across social content and influencer collaborations (reach, engagement, links, codes, conversions) to find out what resonates and what drives sign-ups — and help improve results
• You work closely with the group's Influencer Marketing and Social Media teams to develop impactful, integrated content that promotes our products and services
• You stay ahead of trends by monitoring the wellness and social media landscape, spotting creative opportunities and turning them into relevant content ideas

What defines you

Must-have

• Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Strong skills in social media video editing apps (Edits, CapCut, TikTok, etc.)
• A creative mindset: you can turn an idea into a post within minutes and guide others to bring your vision to life
• Good knowledge of the Italian influencer landscape
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Native Italian and good English

Nice-to-have

• Passion for wellbeing, mindfulness and psychology
• Previous experience in social media or influencer marketing
