Are you a creative mind who loves shaping stories through video — and wants to do more than just execute editing requests? Then this might be exactly the right role for you.

Your role As our Marketing Video Editor, you'll be a key part of our Creative Team in Berlin. You won't just edit — you'll actively shape the creative direction of our marketing videos. From developing hooks and scripts to building full video iterations for paid social, you'll bring ideas to life and help us test what actually works.

What you'll be doing

• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts and storytelling for paid social campaigns
• Create briefs and proactively propose different video iterations to test
• Handle video editing across all our brands
• Support the Content Team by taking on editing tasks and creating variations from clean footage
• Experiment with AI tools to speed up production and explore new creative approaches

What we're looking for

• Native German speaker with strong English skills (our team is international!)
• Experience in video editing for marketing or social media
• A genuine passion for creative storytelling — not just technical execution
• Familiarity with paid social formats and what makes content perform
• A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to work independently
