Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As an Investor Relations Manager, you'll join one of our clients through Meyer Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping relationships with leading European financial institutions at the forefront of digital finance.

You'll be responsible for building and strengthening strategic partnerships with bank stakeholders, driving engagement across a growing consortium, and acting as the link between shareholders and executive leadership. Working closely with Business Development, Project Management, Finance, and senior leadership, you'll help translate strategic priorities into meaningful collaboration while supporting the growth of an innovative European payments ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with key banking and institutional stakeholders
• Drive shareholder engagement and ensure transparent, effective communication across the consortium
• Support the expansion of the shareholder network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new financial institutions
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including future fundraising activities
• Collaborate with Business Development and Project Management teams to support client adoption and strategic initiatives
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring feedback is captured and translated into actionable outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder working groups to drive alignment and project success

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Investor Relations, Stakeholder Management, Partnership Management, or Business Development within Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Digital Assets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and institutional stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to building structures, processes, and long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international business environment.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Passion for digital finance, payments, blockchain, or financial innovation.
• Experience in project or programme management is an advantage.
